Those looking to escape lockdown restrictions will be able to immerse themselves in a variety of exciting scenarios and cryptic clues as Escape Live reopens its locations for a one night only event to mark the reopening of its renowned escape rooms. 

Escape Live locations in Birmingham, Coventry and Stratford-Upon-Avon will open their doors to budding mystery solvers at the stroke of midnight on Monday 17 May with free glasses of bubbly to toast the occasion for all celebratory visitors. Tickets are on sale now at escapelive.co.uk and are expected to sell out fast.

Escape rooms waiting to be solved include the opportunity to be immersed in the only official Peaky Blinders escape rooms based on the hit BBC drama with two unique storylines waiting to be unraveled, Double Cross and The Raid. Other challenges include the chance to set off on a magical adventure full of witches and wizards in The Chalice of Champions, help save earth from an asteroid in Armageddon or set off on a time-travelling adventure in Time Machine. All escape room adventures will be open to enjoy at Birmingham, Coventry and Stratford-Upon-Avon sites from midnight on Monday 17 May.

Escape Live is a business that was started in Birmingham and created by Coventry born and bred John Dalziel and Jas Sodhi, based at Fargo Village. The company now has six sites across the UK.

Director of Escape Live, John Dalziel said; “The doors to different worlds and experiences at Escape Live have remained closed since winter 2020, but now we are ready to welcome mystery-solvers back to our leading escape rooms. We are so keen to open our doors, in fact, that at 12:01am on Monday 17 May 2021 Escape Live in Birmingham, Coventry and Stratford-Upon-Avon will reopen all of their exciting and invigorating escape rooms to the public. All of our lucky visitors will also receive a free glass of bubbly to celebrate the reopening of Escape Live and the return of unbeatable, fun challenges for all ages.”

Throughout national lockdowns, Escape Live have also been providing a range of online games for families and friends to enjoy from home. Online experiences include a trip to Magic School, a swashbuckling adventure with Pirate Plunder and Peaky Blinders game, The Raid. These virtual escape room challenges will continue online for audiences to enjoy across the globe.

Bookings for Escape Live are now open at escapelive.co.uk with games starting at £15 per person. Due to ongoing restrictions, groups are restricted to a maximum of six persons or two households.
