Known for its bold flavours and fresh, nutritious ingredients, SushiDog allows customers to create their ultimate meal, from hand-held burrito-style sushi rolls to vibrant sushi bowls and colourful salads.

The new Bullring venue, located on the upper level, will reflect SushiDog’s signature bright and playful design.

The kiosk style venue will seat up to 25 customers and feature both a welcoming dine-in area and a convenient takeaway counter, perfect for shoppers, commuters, and sushi lovers looking for a quick hit of fresh, nutritious flavour.

“We’re excited to bring SushiDog to Birmingham and introduce the concept to the city’s vibrant, creative community,” said Greg, co-founder of SushiDog.

“Bullring’s right at the heart of the city, always lively, full of energy, and packed with people who love fresh, fun food - and SushiDog feels like a perfect fit.”

Since launching in London, SushiDog has gained a loyal following for its fresh ingredients, customisation options, and Instagram-worthy presentation.

Paul O'Brien, director of Leasing & Commercialisation at Hammerson, commented: “Bullring & Grand Central is in huge demand from the best F&B operators, and SushiDog’s first location outside of London perfectly reflects the appetite we see from operators seeking a landmark presence in the UK’s fastest growing city.

“SushiDog’s arrival will further enhance our unrivalled line-up of leading names in hospitality and leisure and reinforces Bullring & Grand Central’s status as a premier destination for dining and socialising.”
