Construction consultancy celebrates five years in business

Founded in 2021, Del Bosque launched its UK operations from a small office in Stourbridge and has since built a strong reputation for delivering high quality, sustainable projects and property solutions nationwide.

From an initial team of three founding directors, the business has grown to more than 50 professionals operating across a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, real estate, leisure, commercial, residential, healthcare and energy.

Now headquartered in Solihull, Del Bosque’s office has played a pivotal role in the delivery of several government property programmes as well as a number of landmark developments across the UK.

The company was recently appointed by Perfect Circle on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to deliver its Estates Programme Assurance Service (EPAS).

Del Bosque also supports several charities, including Lads Need Dads, The Cyrille Regis Legacy Trust and the Give a Duck Foundation.
