The latest moves span several departments, from guest services and reception through to meetings and events sales.

Among the appointments, Kenny Cummings has moved from guest services back into the sales team as an M&E sales executive.

Kenny brings with him a wealth of experience from previous roles within the industry and has already made a significant impact through his positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Naqash Shabir has been promoted to guest service manager after progressing from his previous role as guest services supervisor.

Joining him in a newly promoted position is Ashley Dance, with both colleagues recognised for their hands-on leadership style and dedication to delivering outstanding guest service.

Charlotte Cullen has also stepped into a new role as M&E sales executive. Alongside her responsibilities within the sales team, Charlotte continues to play an active role in the hotel’s employee advocate initiative, supporting positive cultural development across the workplace together with colleague Bernie Bizzard.

Elsewhere within the front office team, Vinith Kumar Ramesh will transition from his role as night auditor into reception, while Neda Naghian will take over the night auditor position.

Neda brings strong analytical and reporting expertise to the role and will also support operational projects focused on process improvement and compliance.

The hotel has also welcomed two new colleagues through the Springboard Graduate Programme, reinforcing its commitment to supporting emerging hospitality talent.

Shadai Solomon (pictured) has joined the Reservations department, while Rashad Forbes will take on the role of guest service supervisor position from May.

General manager Heather Hoskins said: “One of the most important parts of our culture is creating an environment where people can grow, develop and see a long-term future within the business.

“These promotions are a reflection of the talent, commitment and ambition we have across the hotel, and it is fantastic to see colleagues progressing into new opportunities across different departments.

“We are equally proud to continue welcoming new talent into the business through initiatives such as the Springboard Graduate Programme, helping to support and inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.”
