Matthew Reeves, Tracey Witherford and Ed Milburn, based at No5's Birmingham chambers, and Daniel Birch, based in the London office, have all made the step up to practice manager in recent months.
The quartet are alumni of the Bounce Mindset Programme, a group coaching initiative developed by GuruYou to help professionals build resilience, unlock their strengths and achieve their goals with greater confidence.
The programme was tailored for No5's clerking team by GuruYou coach Kate Clarke, who worked closely with the participants throughout.
Kate said: “I couldn’t be prouder of the commitment and openness that this group brought to the programme.
“They threw themselves into every session, challenged themselves honestly, and the results speak for themselves.
“To see four promotions come through so quickly is a testament to what happens when people invest in their own mindset and growth. It was a genuine privilege to work with them.”
The Bounce Mindset alumni said in a statement: “Over the course of the Bounce Mindset Training with Kate, we challenged ourselves in every session building on the many years of clerking experience and skill set that we already held.
“Through open discussion, practical exercises, and shared experiences, we developed a deeper understanding of how resilience shows up in different people and how to apply these skills in real situations.
“We are pleased to have gained our recent promotions and have the tools to flourish in our new roles.”
Rebecca Mander, founder of GuruYou Coaching, established the Bounce Mindset Programme to support succession planning and wellbeing within organisations.
The programme has since helped shape careers and reduce stress across a wide range of sectors, with participants consistently praising its practical, life-changing impact.
