She has been writing songs for a long time, developing her voice along the way.
‘I didn’t take music seriously until I heard my voice and saw my potential. I was scared which is why you have to find a way to have support in the industry’.
She sees her music journey as a way of taking control of her life and wants to break the cycle of fear within herself because she believes that anyone can achieve something, once they put their heart into it.
Blue Celestial was part of our 2nd round of Project LIVE in 2023. She joined this project to kick start her music career and prove to other artists that project live is a place where you can gain exposure and open a path for your dreams.
During the project, she created 3 original songs which she honed through live rehearsals with a band, preparing for the final showcase. Thanks to the patience of the band, and help and support from Musical Director Lisa Millett, she was able to beautifully showcase her music on stage.

She believes that project live helped her to develop her craft through radio interviews, music masterclasses, learning to adapt through the process, as well as taking things under pressure.
Despite the project being over, Blue Celestial is determined to work on more collaborations with other artists, gain new performance opportunities and work on new music for an upcoming EP.
