grounded., a community-led wellbeing café in Birmingham, is inviting local businesses and organisations to invest in their teams’ wellbeing through its new team wellbeing away days programme.
Based at 55 St Pauls Square in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, grounded. offers a welcoming space for teams to step away from their usual working environment, reconnect with colleagues and take time to focus on their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Designed for businesses, community groups, clubs and teams of all kinds, the packages combine engaging wellbeing activities, nourishing food and drink, and access to wellbeing advice and support.
The aim is to help teams recharge, strengthen relationships and develop a more positive, supportive working culture.
With workplace stress, burnout and employee wellbeing continuing to be important considerations for employers, grounded. believes that creating opportunities for connection, prevention and support can make a meaningful difference.
The team wellbeing away days offer flexible half-day and full-day packages for groups of six to ten people, with prices starting at £60 per person for a half day and £90 per person for a full day.
Teams can choose from a wide range of activities to suit their interests and needs, including managing stress and anxiety workshops, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, creative arts, confidence building, goal-mapping and team development sessions.
Additional options include wellbeing sound baths, dance sessions, pottery painting and flower arranging.
Each package includes refreshments, with selected options also offering lunch, speciality hot drinks and a discount on grounded. merchandise.
Wellbeing advice and support, alongside a fun game of mental health Jenga, are included across all packages.
Gemma the venue assistant for grounded. St Pauls said: “We know how important it is for people to feel supported, valued and connected, both in and outside the workplace.
Our team wellbeing away days give organisations the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, invest in their people and enjoy meaningful experiences together.
“Whether a team wants to focus on stress management, explore creative activities or simply spend quality time reconnecting, we want to help create an experience that leaves people feeling refreshed, supported and more connected.”
The initiative reflects grounded.’s wider commitment to making wellbeing more accessible and creating welcoming, stigma-free spaces where people can prioritise their mental health.
Businesses and organisations interested in booking a team wellbeing away day can contact grounded. to discuss package options and activities.
