More than 100,000 people are expected to attend the city-wide festival, which is backed by Bullring and HSBC UK and produced by Birmingham Hippodrome.
The programme will feature international productions and installations presented in partnership with Global Streets, innovative outdoor arts through Birmingham Weekender’s partnership with Without Walls and performances from local creatives.
British Sign Language (BSL) interpreted and audio described performances, accessible viewing areas, and a team of dedicated access hosts will be available throughout the festival.

“Everyday spaces become places where people can experience something unexpected, encounter extraordinary artists and see Birmingham in a different way. We're excited to reveal this year’s programme in the coming weeks.”

Birmingham Weekender runs from Saturday 29 August - Monday 31 August. The full programme will be announced in the coming weeks.
