Services For Education, which each week teaches music to 32,000 Birmingham school children and delivers school support programmes, is spreading festive cheer this season with the unveiling of brand-new seasonal eCards, designed to promote the charity’s work.
In addition, it has launched a first-time Christmas draw including prizes for dinner, bed and breakfast at a Birmingham hotel, days out, dining at several local restaurants, shopping vouchers and gifts.
The new Christmas initiatives are to support Services For Education’s pioneering charitable programmes such as Music Cares and Inspiring Sounds for children and young people, and adult programmes including its Community Choir which broadens access to music for older people across Birmingham.
The eCards feature images created in-house depicting dancing snowmen and a flickering and welcoming fire.
Supporters can choose from two designs, both around 20-seconds long with seasonal music, ending with ‘Merry Christmas’ and ‘Seasonal Greetings’ to send to business colleagues, customers and suppliers as well as friends and family.
No minimum donation is required.
Separately, the Raffle has been generously supported by leading Birmingham and West Midlands businesses with prizes that include dining out, an overnight stay with dinner in a leading hotel, family days and entertainment at the region’s leading tourist attractions as well as shopping vouchers and sporting memorabilia.
Tracy Carlton, director of marketing and business development, said: “Both our eCards and the raffle are quick and easy ways to support a great charity’s community work – and to share the spirit of the season in an eco-friendly way.
“We are simply asking for card senders to donate whilst we have suggested a £2 donation for the raffle.
“Hopefully in this way we will spread seasonal cheer and support our charitable work that puts a smile on people’s faces throughout the year."
The new eCards are available now at Christmas E-Card Selector - Services For Education and the raffle is at Festive Raffle 25 - Services For Education
