The Belfry Hotel & Resort has had another outstanding result at the 28th annual World Travel Awards - retaining its title as England’s leading resort for the sixth consecutive year.
The World Travel Awards acknowledge, reward, and celebrate excellence across all key sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries - and The Belfry excelled over some of the country’s finest hotels.
Marketing director Gail Aldridge said: "We are honoured to have once again received this coveted title. This award is testament to the talent, commitment, and dedication of the whole team at The Belfry who ensured we continued to offer our guests a fantastic experience in particularly challenging times. We would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone who voted for us.”
The Belfry continued to invest in new facilities to improve the overall resort experience.
This included the launch of the brand-new Wellness Studio for yoga, meditation, and relaxation classes, and new and improved gym with a state-of-the-art spin studio.
The PGA Golf Academy underwent a transformation offering a new bar area, custom fitting suites and the addition of Toptracer tech, placing the resort on the map as a premier practice destination.
