The programme will run from Monday 13 to Thursday 16 July (with arrival on Sunday 12 July) the retreat offers participants a relaxed and immersive opportunity to reconnect with movement, build confidence and enjoy the joy the dance.
At the heart of the retreat are dedicated Silver Swans® sessions for those aged 55+, alongside a broader programme open to adult dancers of all ages and abilities.
Whether returning to dance after time away or trying it for the first time, participants can tailor their experience to suit their individual goals and interests.
Silver Swans licensed classes are designed by the Royal Academy of Dance specifically for teaching ballet to learners aged 55 and upwards. They have been developed to support mobility, posture, coordination and musicality in an encouraging and inclusive setting.
