The annual UK-wide survey asks final-year undergraduate students about their university experience.
Questions cover teaching, academic support, assessment and feedback, learning resources, organisation and management, and how well they feel their voice is heard.
This year’s results show the University has performed above the sector average in academic support, organisation and management, and student voice.
Several Aston courses achieved outstanding overall ‘positivity’ scores, including nursing studies (registered nurse adult nursing) at 96.5 per cent, English language and literature at 92.3 per cent and economics at 91.7 per cent.
Students also praised Aston’s teaching, learning resources, practical learning opportunities and preparation for future careers.
The results support Aston University’s continued work to deliver its 2030 strategy which emphasises an excellent, inclusive and transformational student experience.
Professor Mike Caine, interim Vice-Chancellor of Aston University, said: “These results are a positive reflection of the work taking place across Aston University to strengthen the student experience and support our students to succeed.
“It is particularly encouraging to see improvement across every measure in the survey, alongside strong performance in academic support, organisation and management, and student voice.
“We will continue to listen carefully to our students and use their feedback to enhance teaching, support and the wider Aston experience.”
Detailed course-level analysis, including student comments, will be used to inform targeted action planning across the University’s schools during the coming academic
