Legacy WM are excited to announce 3 new artist commissions as part of the Cultural Action Area (CAA) initiative in Handsworth, Birmingham, funded by Birmingham City Council.
We're looking for artists from any creative discipline be it visual arts, performance, digital, installation and more, to produce bold new work that celebrates the diverse voices and rich cultural heritage of our communities.
🔹 £2,000 artist fee (incl. planning, materials, delivery)
🔹 Public showcases in local high streets and community spaces
🔹 Collaborate with local residents
🔹 Strong support from the Legacy WM project team
🔹 Priority given to underrepresented voices
