Through a contract awarded by Learning Curve via the West Midlands Combined Authority, SME Outsourcing has already successfully supported long-term unemployed individuals, aged above 19, into security roles across the West Midlands.
SME Outsourcing was founded in October 2012 by group CEO, Amina Hussain.
Before establishing the company, Amina worked for a Big Four firm as an accountant and insolvency specialist.
With 27 years’ experience in the finance sector, her vision was to grow an accountancy practice into a wider organisation that would support individuals, businesses and communities.
Today, SME Outsourcing has expanded from accountancy, taxation and business advisory to financial services, training and public services.
Amina said: “This programme was created to provide genuine opportunities for people who may have previously struggled to find employment.
“I am incredibly proud that every trainee received a job offer. It demonstrates what can be achieved when employers and training providers work together to invest in people and create meaningful pathways into work.”
Mahmudur Jaigirdar, head of training at SME Outsourcing Ltd, has more than 27 years’ experience and leads the company’s training programmes.
He said: “These are life changing opportunities for individuals who have previously struggled to secure employment.
