I was at my children's school (Lincroft, Oakley) last week, watching them receive awards for achievement over the last term, which was delightful. At these events some entertainment breaks up the proceedings, from for example, the orchestra, the drama club, or an excerpt from the latest school play. It is always quite special seeing what the children can achieve.
Well, last week we were entertained by 11 year old Benjamin Hukin, who has just been crowned a World Dance Champion at the International Dance Organisation World Championship in Poland in September, where he won the electric boogie solo category. Benjamin is a member of the DanceVybz Dance School in Sharnbrook, which is run by Steph Massey, a qualified IDTA Dance Teacher, Urban Funk Crew Instructor and Aerobics Instructor.
It was GREAT!! Well done Benjamin, all the best for the future.
