Son, Paul Chapman is learning his father’s expertise in traditional Goldsmithing.

From their new workshop in Cranfield, they will continue to create one-of-a-kind pieces of jewellery including; pendants, earrings, bracelets, rings, pens, custom watch cases, and anything in-between.

Owner and founder of The Goldsmithy, Glenn Chapman says “Paul and I are delighted with our larger premise which has given us much more space to create beautiful pieces of jewellery.”

Chapman continues: “We are excited to host our open house and invite everyone to join us to have a look around our new workshop and talk to us about what we do and how we can create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery for a loved one.”

Of the 600 hand-made pieces commissioned over the years at The Goldsmithy, each achieves a precision finish. As part of every commission, clients are invited into the workshop to see stages of the piece being created, enabling any changes to be made before the final stage of polishing takes place.

The Goldsmithy offer the rare opportunity for anyone having a piece commissioned to have a go at the bench, allowing clients to add their own personal mark – making an extra special experience.
