VALENTINES DAY can be a great time for us blokes.... provided (and this is the biggie) that we REMEMBER IT! So here is a timely bestofbedford reminder for those of us who might have ended up in the doghouse in previous years!

Let’s face it when did you last get the recognition you felt you deserved on a special occasion when presenting your loved one with a set of wiper blades or an oil filter?

A night out at one of our great Bedford restaurants, try Mama Mia’s for a great Italian meal, located at the top of Cuthbert Street, if Indian is more your cup of Kingfisher then try the Rajkot or Ruby Murray – both on the High Street. But don’t forget to book early it’s bound to be busy!
Or why not say it with flowers! We have some great florists in Bedford so why not give Greycourt Florists or Creations Flowers a call and have them deliver a stunning bouquet to your wife, girlfriend or even your Mum!
So don’t end up in the doghouse this year, a nice meal and some flowers will make for a very happy lady, and as we all know a happy lady makes for a very happy chappy! and that’s something we all want!
