Fancy a Massage? Then see Linda for an Indian Head Massage, this originated
in India over 1000 years ago and began as a way of keeping the hair in good
condition.  It is based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda.
This works on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, ears and
face.  The areas are massaged using firm yet gentle, rhythmic movements that
involve acupressure points called Marma points.

Or more of a traditional relaxing massage? Then Shirley is practising
Swedish Massage, this is the most common type of massage, sometimes referred to as 'traditional massage.'  It was developed by a Swedish doctor, Dr. Per Henrik Ling, in the 1820s, and is known as the first modern method of
massage. Techniques include long gliding strokes, kneading, friction,
tapping and shaking motions that affect the nerves, muscles and glands. It's
ideal for relaxation, increasing circulation and energizing you.

Let not forget your Feet? Get Vicky, practising Reflexology, which works
from mapping predefined pressure points that are located on the hands and
feet. These pressure points are reputed to connect directly through the
nervous system and affect the bodily organs and glands. The reflexologies
manipulate the pressure points according to specific techniques of
reflexology therapy. By means of this touching therapy, any part of the body
that is the source of pain, illness, or potential debility can be
strengthened through the application of pressure at the respective foot or
hand location.
