So it was the moment that all who had been involved with the Help For Heroes fundraising day at The White Horse had been waiting for: just how much money had been raised.
The day itself had a packed programme of live music, a raffle, auction, cake stall, bric a brac, Help for Heroes stall, and brave Becky had her head shaved amongst other amusements.
In true Nigel and Sue hospitable style, those involved were invited for a celebration supper, and then the announcement...
The Help For Heroes Day has raised £6075, a fantastic amount!
(And there is still a guitar signed by The Quire Boys to auction.)
