Its been ages since my last blog...been so busy with the last Bootcamp!  Wow..we had a great time!!  Loads of fun and really good results too!  :-)

My next Bootcamp starts on Monday 2nd August and is filling up fast!! 2 Weeks..Mon to Fri 6-7am, Sat 7-8.30, Sunday off and then Mon to Fri 6-7am. Go on, why not give it a go!

If you find it hard to get out of bed early for the 2 week bootcamp, in August I am starting a half day bootcamp...detail, prices and dates will soon be confirmed, but it will be on a Saturday afternoon for around 4 hours! Keep an eye on the website

Try this Side Plank

Lie on your right side with your right elbow directly underneath your shoulder.

Keep your legs straight with your feet on top of one another.

Lift your hips off the floor until you form  a straight line between your feet, knees, hips and shoulders.

Hold the position for 20 to 60 seconds on each side.

Repeat on the other side.

If this is too hard..keep your knees bent and only lift your hips off the floor.

Check that elbow is directly underneath you shoulder when you are elevated!
