Despite a number of visits to Ulverston we were not aware of this amazing restaurant. Passing at lunch time and tempted by the amazing food smells coming from the restaurant we booked for dinner.
What a surprise awaited us. The quality of ingredients, the balance of flavours and the immaculate presentation would grace a top class restaurant anywhere, The skill and flair of the chef was wonderful to experience. We have rarely enjoyed a meal so much and given the standard of the food and lovely service we felt it was really great value too. Will recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Visited the beer festival 2pm Friday, within a couple of hours, no room to move about, very noisy, seemed over full for the available space, left at 5, when the incoming people were only let in when others left, shame the amount of people entering wasn't regulated earlier.
