First visit to Barrow, parked at the Barrow Supporters Club car park next door to the ground. Called in for a pint before the game. Very friendly staff and customers. Staff at the ground were also friendly, from the girls in the ticket office, the stewards and the fans. Shame about the result, and the awful rain. You have to be tough to be a Barrow fan with that weather.

A very nice bakery, ( the nicest wholemeal rolls I have ever enjoyed).<br>The green grocery stall is inviting and well presented, and the deli bar is a delight.<br>If you are looking for socks, dog biscuits, sweets, cards, pie dishes, books, gifts, you are in the right place.<br>Stop by for a tea, coffee snacks, lunch at the cafe.<br>Purchase some buttons, a new dress an old book, share a smile, take a toilet break.<br>Explore the town, call by the Market Hall.

Faultless food and service. Highlight was the pumpkin and pear starter. Vegetarian food was superb too.

Small restaurant with beautifully presented 5 course set menu. Will visit again, great tastes and service.<br><br>It is a cafe during the day, and when we visited and had the best millionaire shortbread ever.
