Great market hall with a good range of businesses and the friendliest stall holders . Old favourites such as Harts jewellers and new innovative stalls , I particularly like Ashley Rose who sells the most beautiful handmade children’s clothes in gorgeous fabrics ! In the meat market you can find Sillfield farm selling the world famous Waberthwaite sausage ! A top market , well done all !

Barrow market is a great place to shop, friendly srall holders with a great choice of goods on display. There is a choice of 3 cafe's with a wonderful choice of food to suit everyone. The stall holders are friendly and helpful, there is a great atmosphere every time I visit. The management work hard to ensure the market runs efficiently at all times, l9cal people know it is their pride and joy and ours too.

I love the stall which sells signs for all occasions, special birthday gifts, wedding gifts for all the bridal party- newlyweds; mother of the groom & bride, bridesmaids; etc etc An excellent range of unique gifts & lots of fun ones, ranging from only a few £ upward. I have got 50th grumpy old men gifts, such as money tins, plaques & hazard caution signs from herefo, r lots of friends who are ‘tricky’ to buy for, brilliant!!!Service is excellent, no pressurising you, just pleasant chat. They also sell plaques & ornaments for graves & the cemetery. I hidden treasure I love popping into in Barrow market 👍👏👏👏👏
