A great place to relax. Be sure to observe the signs that segregate dog walkers to one side and children to the other. Sad to see that part of the grass has been built over for new housing. Whilst you are there check out the excellent Coach House for coffee and lovely meals.

The park is free every day . Dog walkers welcome and adventure playground and walks for kids. The cafe has outside seating and nice food and the kitchen garden opposite is open to wander about in. Kids love it and some good activities are organised from Easter onwards for them.

Unfortunately drainage at the playground is an issue, so expect to come back with muddy children.
