Fantastic set menu. We had the set meal with wine pairing and even managed to squeeze in a cheese board. All amazing. Great value for the quality of the food. Fine dining without the snobbery - we will definitely be back soon

A small restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Mark and his team could not have done more. We loved how you could see Chef at work and the care and attention he took with every dish.
His food was beautifully presented and the flavour combinations were exactly as described on the website, exciting!
We were pleasantly full at the end of our meal and the wine pairing was excellent.
Our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you

Went to base with my husband a mum for a belated Mother’s Day lunch. It was a lovely day and the outside terrace was buzzing with activity. I ordered the butter bean cassoulet which I’d been tempted by before but never tried. It was absolutely delicious and a perfect portion size for lunch. Mum and hubby ordered the duck flatbreads and salt and chilli chips..also delicious, clean plates all round. Staff were friendly and attentive covering customers needs either seated, take out or serving ice creams. Highly recommend for something a bit special for lunch at a very reasonable price.

Lovely park, just popped in on the off chance and enjoyed a good walk to Sir John Barrow Monument. Nice place although park was closed. Recommended.

A really nice walk with sweeping views. The walk is not too strenuous and takes approximately 1 hour from the car park and back round.

Amazing place, had genuinly the best food I've ever eaten here, always go here for a special treat on our birthdays and can't wait to have my baby shower here in June, lovely friendly atmosphere, staff are welcoming and the food is outstanding, will always reccomend and will be returning 😀
