Great place to visit. Extend your walk up to the Hoad if you have time on your hands. We liked the animal prints and information. We visited for a fun run and it got quite muddy. Lots to do though and a cafe. Finish off with a nice walk round Ulverston

Spotted while walking from Ford Park to the Barrow Monument. What a find!! Imaginative dishes, fabulous flavours, delightful service … and a quick personal chat with the engaging person we now know to be Mark himself. We’d recommend this place to anyone. The food here is outstanding, hands down the most delicious and tastiest food I've ever had. The food is presented extremely well and cannot be faulted. The chef and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wines being served. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is because another small group were being very loud and expressing some very derogatory views and the staff wouldn't say anything to them. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Went to watch the Nutcracker ballet at the Coro last night, I have to say it was fantastic from the cast, the volunteers and the whole experience. Amazing to have this in Ulverston!!! Let’s have more shows! Moved on to the Hope & Anchor where a live tribute rock band was playing. What a town!
