This organisation is full of very courteous, helpful people, don't use them often but on the occasions I have they have been brilliant. Lovely lady called Julie recently filled in my PIP transfer form, what a lifesaver. Absolute disgrace that this kind of help for some of societies most vulnerable people have to rely on charitable donations
