Caroline Arnold has been caring for people all her life. Having started her career as a nurse and then a midwife, Caroline left the NHS and graduated from Teesside University with a First Class Honours in Applied Sports Therapy.

Caroline’s specialism is to rehabilitate injuries, but it’s not all about sports therapies.

Men and women of all ages and abilities can benefit from Clinical Pilates.  Focusing on your quality of movement and postural correction while following key principles, Clinical Pilates can benefit you if you’re suffering from back pain, poor posture, joint pain, sports injuries, arthritis, stress related illness and before and after pregnancy.


Caroline knows only too well the benefits of Clinical Pilates. Following a partial knee replacement, Pilates helped Caroline fully recover to enable her to continue with the sporting activities she loves.


Pilates classes are currently via Zoom due to COVID restrictions with a maximum of 10 participants so Caroline can ensure everyone is able to participate to their own level of ability.
