I wanted to let you know that Epsom has entered South East in Bloom for 2021. Epsom & Ewell Borough Council submitted the entry form recently with judging due to take place at the very end of June or in early July. This is the first time in many years that Epsom has entered the competition and we are aiming high!

The Local Government Boundary Commission has decided that the number of councillors in Epsom & Ewell should be 35. This is a change from the current council which has 38.

This week the Tadworth Kingswood Walton & Burgh Heath - @CleanUpTadworth litter picking group received a generous donation of litter picking equipment for its ever expanding and active group of enthusiastic volunteers, who have been busy keeping the streets and public open spaces of these villages and surrounding areas clear of litter since its formation in August of last year.
Epsom & Ewell Borough Council supported the national Day of Reflection, led by end of life charity Marie Curie on Tuesday 23 March 2021, to mark the anniversary of the UK’s first Covid lockdown.
