We were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being ‘Personal’. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability.
On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market.
We’d like to thank Joe, Chris, Adam, Morgan, Sian and anyone else from the team not mentioned here for their help!

This is a Shearings hotel which caters for its coach tours and self drive holidays, mainly three, four and seven day breaks and used mostly by senior citizens.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and well run with friendly, hard working staff. The food was good, well presented without having to wait.
Our room was great overlooking the promenade and seafront with a good view of the pier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
