We worked with the Personal Agent when selling our mother's house and they provided a great service throughout. There was some initial disappointment when it was clear that the house had been overvalued, but they were quick to relist with the updated price. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.
We'd like to single out Dan Wallace, who managed the process. He was open and helpful throughout, and managed everything with good humour. We're especially grateful for how considerate he was of my mother's needs, especially as she is older and English is not her first language.
Everyone we've spoken to in the team has been friendly and helpful, and they're quick to respond to questions and actually call you back when they say they will! Buying/selling a house is hugely stressful even when everything goes according to plan, and the Personal Agent were a big help in making our experience a little easier. Very happy to recommend.
