It's rare finding people as responsive and helpful as David Ruddle. Not only does he have a super 'Best of Eastbourne' blog, he is one of the only people I've encountered for a while who actually does what he says. On a recent communication with him, he responded within minutes - first by phone and then (when the phone was busy) by email.
If every service was as speedy and conscientious as this, the business world would be an easier place!
