I was so frustrated, and they got back to my initial request much quicker than the 2 hours they said, and then once they got to me they were able to help and figure out the problem quickly. He also got right on the task well ahead of a deadline I had to move my website before it expired at the previous host, so I didn't have to sign up for another year.
