What can I say, The Personal Agent (Epsom HQ) has been brilliant from start to finish. My partner and I are first time buyers - just exchanged! - and the support we've received throughout this entire process has been exceptional. Endless back and forth emails, revisits to the house, and of course some humour along the way. They really do go the extra mile, and we're both incredibly thankful for this journey being made easier and enjoyable, thanks to team over at The Personal Agent. Huge thanks to the wonderful Chris who first took us for our first viewing - gave us a tour around Epsom - which really felt like the premium experience. Chris made the preparations for the funeral service clear & easy for myself & the kids. He listened And allowed us to direct him to exactly what we felt was right for our family, even if it meant rewriting a lot of the suggestions. He went with it and that was highly appreciated.
