Fabulous service. Did exactly what they promised, found a buyer within a week. Kept us updated at every stage and gave sound advice. Thank you to George and his team. Would definitely recommend you to anyone that will listen.

We used The Personal Agent for our sale. They were very communicative around our sale, and we appreciated their advice. We also then bought a house via The Personal Agent and the after sales care was excellent.

This place is awesome but not without flaws.

- we absolutely love the dinosaur part of this we thought that was absolutely amazing. Extremely well maintained and working dinosaur exhibits and animatronics.

- we absolutely loved the train ride however wasn't impressed with the fact that you had to pay two pounds for it when we'd already paid the better part of a hundred pounds to get into the park.

- having a JCB digger for kids to play with is fantastic and the fact that you don't have to pay extra even better. Consider fitting another one as there is a long queue to get onto it.

- the soft play area was a welcome addition.

- there are so many animals in this zoo it's absolutely fantastic from all walks of life all over the world and they are well cared for.

- the little stores that sell food around around both parts of the park sell really nice high quality food. The pricing overall wasn't too bad but some of it was still way too high.

- enjoyed the Woodlands Walk

- so much for kids to do here. Parks slides soft play absolutely fantastic

- plenty of parking however they don't check the disabled people and the badges to make sure it matches the people that are entering the park so I saw a lot of people bringing other people's badges in and using other people's badges to park and disable base which I did not like one bit.

What I didn't like.

Despite having a SIM card which logs onto all four networks I could barely get coverage around this Park on any of the networks not EE Vodafone none of them. Wi-Fi is provided but it's slow extremely patchy doesn't work very well. They haven't placed do you biquity masked in good places and as a result the wireless is just very spotty and at times completely unusable.

The tiger enclosure was far too small and the tiger was simply pacing up and down it was so bored and without a friend in the world it was just had a really sad pathetic life and that made me sad. If you can't give big enough enclosures for your animals then you just simply shouldn't have them.

Hertfordshire Zoo is a fabulous place to visit. The staff and keepers are incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Also, all the animals are extremely well looked after with huge, well maintained enclosures with a big emphasis throughout the zoo on conservation. There are regular zoo talks throughout the day so you can learn more about each animal and there are also amazing experiences. I loved it so much that I became a member! Not to mention that Peter Sampson, Lynn Whitnall and their entire family are absolutely lovely, friendly people. There is something very special about Hertfordshire Zoo.

Great zoo, loved the red panda experience, keeper was very friendly and informative in answering any questions I had. Loved getting to see the two red pandas being introduced to each other. Got good views of the animals, some of the viewing windows were quite wet with condensation which blocked views but not much to be done about that. Lots of kids so was quite noisy but think I came in the school holidays. Only negative was one of the jaguars was pacing around a lot in its enclosure, hopefully it was just waiting for food or something like that and not stressed. Got Uber easily to/from the train station. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Visited for my Son's birthday, he is a big fan of the 1,Zoo,3 show.
We arrived for opening, and noticed they had availability for the "Junior Zoo Keeper" experience. We bought the ticket and enjoyed a day walking around the zoo.
At 2pm we checked in for the experience and I mentioned that it was my son's birthday, and he was a big fan of the show. We received a goody bag and a signed photo of the Brothers. Then one of the Brothers, Aaron, came to meet us, and spent some time chatting with my son. Aaron is a genuinely lovely bloke, and I thought it was really kind of him to take time out of his busy schedule, to meet a fan.
We then met our Zoo keepers, Dave was our guide and Cris was supervising. Two very knowledgeable blokes, who made the experience informative and fun for us all. We cleaned the Tortoise enclosure, visited their new studio area, prepared a meal for the Meerkats then finished the afternoon feeding the Ring tailed Lemurs.
Well worth the ticket, fantastic Zoo, and every member of staff we met were fantastic.
