Theo did a fantastic job entertaining everyone, which was no easy task as the age range was 1year old through to 92! He effortlessly switched between the adults and the kids. Everyone was enthralled and entertained. Brilliant.

Nice day out for local area. Ticket prices reasonable. Good parking. Very friendly staff, all helpful and smiley. Lots of benches and tables available for eating and drinking. Plenty toilets which were clean. Shame we didn't get to see jaguar, tigers leopards and few other big cats, think they were hiding due to the hot weather. Overall a good day out.

Theo provided entertainment at a recent family party. He was brilliant switching between adult magic and children’s balloon making and other games. He just got on with it. Everyone loved him.

The whole team in Chapter 79 were amazing from start to finish.
We got our wedding rings here and even though they were standard rings and not part of the bespoke service every visit was a great experience.
I also had my engagement ring resized and polished with Chapter 79 and again flawless service.
We will be definitely shopping Chapter 79 again as they have become our favourite jewellers.

I've been visiting Hertfordshire Zoo, formerly known as Paradise Wildlife Park, for about seven years, and it's been incredible to witness its growth and transformation. A significant improvement for our family is the increased accessibility. The new ramps ensure everyone can enjoy all the animal viewing points, making it extremely pushchair and wheelchair-friendly.
The zoo is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our recent experience at one of the summer nights events was fantastic. Despite the large crowds, the atmosphere was wonderful with great music and brilliant entertainment. There was something for all our children, ranging from eight months to 13 years old.
We visit often as this is such an accessible zoo. Our oldest son is a wheelchair user and sometimes misses out on activities with his siblings, but here he can access literally every area of the park. This makes Hertfordshire Zoo the perfect day out for our family. Despite the hour and 20-minute drive, we visit regularly.
