We made the trip from Bristol to visit our sister park as we have annual membership, but mainly because our daughter loves the One Three Zoo TV show which is filmed here.

The day started out great with the reception staff spotting her birthday badge and hearing about her love of the show, and gave her a signed photo of the 3 brothers, Cam, Tyler, Aaron which made her day.

The park was fantastic, really clean and well laid out and with loads to see. The Dinosaur walk through was great as was the short train ride.

The animal enclosures were brilliant, and very spacious. The bird show was also good, as were the numerous play areas.

If your a fan of the motorsport Speedway there is also a small but packed museum. With a very nice guy running it.

A great family day out, and well worth the trip we will definitely be back, and hopefully meet the brothers next time.

We had a wonderful day at the zoo with our grandchildren and their parents. The grandchildren have been avid viewers of 'One Zoo Three' and loved seeing the animals and mammals that have become familiar TV stars. This is their third visit, and just before our grandson will undergo major surgery. A big thanks to all the staff, and particularly Tyler and Caleb, who made this visit very special. We found all the facilities excellent, including the food outlets that provided just what we needed on a family day out.

I tried to log in to my account after a period of inactivity. My account was blocked.
I emailed the Systeme.io customer service at 10,:25 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, and by Wednesday, June 17, at 6:55 a.m. I got their reply, and my account was back up and running again.

This kind of response to customers' issues online is rare these days.
