Gill's Plumbing and Heating recently redid our cloakroom loo. From the first visit to their showroom to the final workman visit all was carried out in a professional manner. Although it is the smallest room in the house it did entail a lot of work as it was completely gutted, replastered, painted, fittted, and a new floor. All the workmen were polite and professional and Jo back in Gill's showroom kept us well-informed at each stage of the process. I would recommend them to others.

Christopher Field conducted my Mum's funeral earlier this year and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
From the moment he visited us, he took the time to sit and listen to our family stories, truly understanding who Mum was as a person.
He meticulously moulded the service to reflect Mum's personality, even including special details from the day she was born. Christopher helped us recall and celebrate past events and cherished memories, making the service a heartfelt tribute.
His genuine nature and attention to detail made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful for his compassionate support during this difficult time.

I would like to confirm how happy I was with your handling of the funeral service. Your attention to detail was extremely comforting to me. I have never been to a funeral of a non believer in life after death especially as now it was the celebration of my beloved John after 52 years of marriage.
Nevertheless you helped make the ceremony just as moving for a wonderful human being who is sadly no longer here.

When our husband/father passed away it was such a dreadful shock, the loss of a much loved husband/father is an extremely difficult time. Chris supported and guided us throughout the entire process and ensured that we created a service that was a mix of religious hymns, along with
non-religious readings and tributes. Chris has a lovely calm manner and a caring approach that set the tone of the service perfectly, it was a difficult, but very special day. Chris was there to reassure us and step in if we needed support, he was very responsive throughout the entire process. We were very happy with the services Chris gave us and would highly recommend him to anyone else going through an extremely difficult time.

Christopher made contact with us following the passing of our beloved Mother which was organised by our Funeral Directors, Initially there was a meeting with myself and 2 sisters which we were a little apprehensive about as we wanted to get things right for the service. Following the initial introduction Christopher managed to put our minds at rest from the beginning as he made a real effort to get a sense of who we were and more importantly who our Mum was, explaining his services and proceedings explaining how he was there to support us through what was a difficult time. Fast-forward to the day itself and it could not of gone better in terms of Conducting the service and delivering our mums Eulogy written by ourselves and making sure I had the strength to deliver a short speech also and ready to jump in if it got too much.
There was a clear message from him that his support stretched further than just the ceremony in terms of dealing with Grief and made sure we were aware he was available if needed to support us further in difficult times, Whilst we did not take advantage of this as my sisters and I are lucky to be able to support each other it was a very nice safety net to know someone was there to help if needed from a non-religious view point.
We could not speak highly enough of his professionalism and ability to understand the family’s needs at this sad time and for that we are extremely grateful
