When it is operating they book pretty good. tridute acts and most of them are good. Oldies like me and my teenage grandkids get up to dance. Even in poor weather there is normally a good atmosphere.

The bandstand is fabulous but the abba tribute band that was on last week was dreadful......many audience members stood in front of those in their seats and were very rude. The whole experience was not to be repeated. The abba tribute band that performed earlier in the season were fabulous and the audience was also very good

This is a beautiful bandstand on the sea front and we saw a free Easter concert by the silver band here. There's a small bar as well which was a nice touch. I took a star off because there were hardly any seats at all, I was fine sitting on the floor so it wasn't a problem, but would have been for anyone with mobility issues or who couldn't get down to the floor.
