I joined systeme.io about a year ago. I remember vaguely something about teetering back and forth about whether I should get the free, or paid subscription at $197.00 ($217.71CAD...yes, I'm a Canadian). I remember strongly leaning towards the free subscription as I struggle with digital content and computer technology. Apparently I was enrolled in their automatic renewal subscription which came as a bit of a surprise simply because I'm not the type to invest into something I'm not good at. I asked systeme.io that I just turned 68 and on a fixed income and that I did not want to pay for something I knew nothing about. I told them that if I was enrolled in the automatic renewal, then it was by mistake and if they would kindly refund me. They told me that it was not usually their policy and not refundable as stated in our Terms and Conditions (Article 3), but on rare occasions they would refund on special occasions. That was super nice of them! It's a pleasure to be on their team and platform!
