Put my flat on the market with The Personal Agent based in Epsom Surrey.
The letting manager Natasha was absolutely brilliant. Great communication throughout the viewing process. A tenant was secured within a week. I was kelp updated during this time.
I was contacted about all pre viewing and given feedback from the viewings
Once this side of the letting was complete I was then put into contact with Stephanie who was also very professional.
Both/all staff members were proactive, professional and very pleasant to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Full marks 10/10.

I went yesterday with my two kids and my husband and even though my husband told me was amazing ( we went before with the kids) I couldn’t believe it until I experienced it myself! It is probably my new favourite zoo, the toilets were clean and smell good, the dino part was just amazing! Everything about this Zoo you can tell is looked after! I wish people were a bit more kind and give better reviews to a business that is clearly looking after the details! Thank you for letting my kids live a beautiful experience with Dinosaurs.

We come here at least once a month as our children love it here. Great for a family day out and not too far from home. The Dinosaur section is a favourite for our family and also seeing the other zoo animals especially feeding times.

Brilliant Zoo!
We took our daughter for her 3rd birthday and she absolutely loved it. The animals, the very realistic dinosaurs, the outdoor play areas, the softplay. All were fantastic.
We went years ago when it was Paradise and it wasn't bad then but it has been significantly improved. I loved the animal enclosures being so spacious and the enormous windows so you have a really good chance of seeing the animals but they are not freaked out by being stared at, I think the glass is mirrored on the inside. I also liked the raised viewing platforms, just really well thought out.
The tickets are a little pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.

When time came to switch my URL to what they had built, the support team was responsive and very fast to get back to each question I had and clear up confusion, pointing me to articles AND putting screenshots in the email thread for me so I could follow.
I love the tenacity and professionalism and hand-holding they did with me while I transitioned my site, as well as the detailed answers and quick responses after my stuff was transferred over.
