Horrible experience,
We are a non-profit church, religious organization 501(c)3
We wanted to save 50 dls per month by switching from mailchimp to Systeme.io and we imported our members database. These were people who opted in whether through our websitedirectly or though ads. For 2 days straight we answered question after question, on a series of 8 emails and they ultimately were still not satisfied with our answers
We never got to use their crm, never got to use their email service.
We kindly asked for a cancelation and full refund and they emailed us 7 hrs later saying that we wouldn't get a refund even though we are still within 3 days of signing up and even though we didn't get to use any of their services...
Worse experience of time waste ever..
If you value professionalism, if you value efficiency, if you value honesty and transparency, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE and their shady practices, or you risk them stealing your money. Not worth the headache

Systeme.io reached back, Apologizing and expressing how sorry they were for having been unable to help.
I replied immediately extensively and they replied a week later saying that they didnt get our response and that whatever the case was, they were refunding the money since in reality they could see that we never used their service.
I am editing to a 4 star because they ultimately did the right thing, however they did ended up wasting quite a bit of my time, and most frustrating of it all, wasn't able to use their service based on such lack of critical thinking, lack of common sense and unflexible protocols which (based on other reviews) leave many clients like myself unsatisfied.
4 stars for doing the right thing though.
