Really well laid out, great use of planning and materials (old shipping containers) . Lots of the animals are visible, especially the lions (might be different for you!). Everything looks well maintained.

Attended the summer evenings event. Unfortunately it was over sold in terms of the offering. We didn't see any "walking hedges", minimal food trucks, one stilt walker, entertainment only in one place near the Dinosaur area. We weren't told this would be only there at certain times. The woodland walk to see the Wolves had the disabled gate across the train tracks locked forcing a family with a disabled child to wait for some time. We carried our toddler over the stairs but a member of the party had to wait with the buggy. Poor accessibility consideration. Also many animals weren't visible due to being day animals. One offering was toasted marshmallows with syrup and sprinkles, 2 marshmallows for £4.50 insane. The duck truck was pricey but a reasonable food amount provided. Over all I wouldn't recommend sadly. Also a long convoluted walk to enter from the parking which seemed unnecessary.

Highly recommended it as an agency, especially after the recent viewing with Ray, who is both professional and knowledgeable whilst at the same time friendly. It’s refreshing to have someone show you around without the pushy sales tactics that other agencies use.
