I sent a request for support over a year ago - and my one year membership has ended before receiving a response.
I asked for support for course migration, which is a heavily advertised benefit of any annual plan. I never received a response.
I also found the user interface for their sites to not be the most mobile friendly or be visually appealling across platforms.
The pros - it's low cost, no frills - but it relates to the experience. I cancelled my subscription. Thankfully, they did notify me before renewing.
