When I emailed a question, the response was in only two hours! Usually most customer services take 24-48 hours to respond.
The customer service attached a screenshot of my actual page that was the issue and where to click to solve the problem. Very good experience. I was able to solve the problem with their help.
This is a platform that is efficient and seems to work well.

I'm confused because I haven't received my wine I have no information tried calling the number it doesn't work I need to know when will my product be delivered as far as my experience to order was good but no other information is given as to how long will it take do I need to have my money refunded please respond I appreciate it thank you. I want to take this time say that this order was confused with a city in Michigan name Brighton I didn't know that it was in the UK but my money was refunded and I did find some a few miles away from city so I appreciate Brunswick company

Callum has been very supportive throughout the process. He explained to me clearly my options and guided me through until I decided which suites me best. My property was advertised for rent one day and then only few days later, viewers were lining up and offered sent immediately after the viewing. The team kept in contact with me about the progress and offered help along the way on how we can expedite the process. In less than a month, I completed my requirements and also the checks required for the tenant. After just a month later, my tenant moved in. Thank you.

The letting manager Natasha was absolutely brilliant. Great communication throughout the viewing process. A tenant was secured within a week. I was kelp updated during this time.
I was contacted about all pre viewing and given feedback from the viewings
Once this side of the letting was complete I was then put into contact with Stephanie who was also very professional.
Both/all staff members were proactive, professional and very pleasant to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Full marks 10/10.
