My partner and I used Four Gables for our wedding food and they were exceptional. From our first zoom call with Lyle when we were still exploring caterers he put us at ease and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our site visit to their address to sample the menu was great, and was littered with small touches we wouldn’t even have thought about which just demonstrated the thought and care the team had gone into. We had various snails going back and forth during the entire process and everything we’d asked for was taken care of. Then the big day… the food was genuinely the best we’ve ever had at a wedding and the amount of compliments we (Four Gables) received for the standard summed up the teams attention to detail and efforts. We couldn’t have been happier and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Helm Café is a community café located within the Brighthelm Community Centre, just a two minute walk from Brighton Station and only a couple of minutes from the main city centre too. Open weekdays from 8:30am til 4:30pm, and available to hire out for evenings, the Helm Café has a relaxed atmosphere, with a focus on creating a great environment for people of all generations and great locally sourced and on-site prepared food.
This cafe is open hearted and open minded and therefore somewhere I can truly relax and take care of myself in whatever way is needed. Lovely people all around too.
