I’ve been training with Louis since August 2022, I started to train with him in preparation for my fitness test as part of my paramedic training. I successfully passed my fitness exam after overcoming many obstacles. I then decided to carry on with Louis and have found I have improved massively with my confidence and performance in the gym.<br>Louis is a great PT and is always motivating and supportive with everything. He also does sports massages which are very good and help to relieve any pain or tension . This therefore helps to improve your performance in the gym which helps to achieve a better experience overall.

Working with Louis has been a fantastic experience. Not only has he gave me the knowledge and tools needed to work successfully in the gym; continually achieve realistic results, but he has given me a much needed confidence boost when I now work out independently.<br><br>I have been introduced to techniques and apparatuses that I was once apprehensive of trying autonomoysly.<br><br>Frequently checking in is a lovely personal touch, and you can tell he really cares about his clients when either speaking on the phone or in person.<br><br>My strength and confidence has continually increased with Luis' support.<br>He is firm but fair, and I feel this approach works very well. It is obvious that he lives and breathes his work and is dedicated to providing a world class service.<br><br>The service he provides throughout the 12 week 1-1 plan is second to none. Not only does he tailer a plan specifically for your goals - both in the gym, but he also takes into account any dietary requirements you may have when recommending and tailoring meal plans and shopping lists.<br><br>Although I have not been able to partake in the online sessions, I believe that side of the business is just as fruitful as the personal 1-1 sessions.<br><br>I wish him every success for the future, I know he will go far, and am extremely pleased I chose to take the leap to improving my overall fitness. But I am even more pleased I had the opportunity to work with such an excellent PT such as Louis. The best Personal Trainer Walsall has to offer!

“Recently visited for my daughter’s baby shower it was lovely. The staff were attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room is contemporary, nicely decorated with a warming atmosphere. We had afternoon tea, sandwiches and cakes all very tasty. Would definitely recommend for it”
