Had such a lovely day here and highly recommend. Gorgeous gardens, interesting house, lovely cafe, good second hand bookshop and it is all dog friendly which is just brilliant. Being able to take our dog into the house was so fun! Would love to see the gardens when there isn't a drought, so will have to come back, but now we know how much there is to see and do we absolutely will. Managed go get the pushchair and 6mth old baby round most of the garden too. And loved finding out about the history of the place as well!

In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

Return visit to reliable hotel. Rooms have kettles and tea bags and milk, beds are comfortable, showers are good. Spa is great (although 1 steam room needs foxing after 8 months...). Coffee and egg roll or croissants at the bar in the morning, drinks in the evening. All good.

I would stay again! Great facilities and very clean!
Lovely clean rooms, facilities are great!
The food wasn’t great, breakfast the porched eggs were hard, the bacon wasn’t cooked and at lunch the bread was stale! The food was advertised with a side of veggies for the kids but we didn’t receive anything. We pointed out these issues to staff who were great and assisted us but for the money you pay to stay there we shouldn’t have to!

Visited here with my grandchildren after a lovely walk around Burrs Country Park and it was a perfect ending to our visit. The children loved looking at and petting the beautiful Jersey cows that produce all the milk for the ice cream. The ice Cream was amazing, definitely the best I've tasted and there was a great range of unusual flavours, my favourite was the " school cake flavour. The children loved the chocolate and the mango and pineapple flavored sorbet. The prices are really reasonable, with a small children's cone available for jus £2•50. The staff were great and it was just an all round enjoyable experience.
