Cedric was very friendly and helpful and talked me through everything he was doing. Our locks were such a weird contraption with many obstacles to overcome as it wasn’t a normal fitted latch and there was lock built into the door. He done such a great job fixing and securing new locks to make it more secure than it was originally. Really pleased with the work after moving onto at least plan C. Thank you.
