Lovely breakfast, lovely staff, Ben is lovely and provided great service, everyone is really friendly, I stay here frequently and it’s always great service, Katie is great, Kim is always friendly and amazing, Ramzan is a great manager, super friendly! Love coming here

Really basic rooms but fine for what we needed. Service was fantastic, reception helpful and bar staff (particularly Joe & James) were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Staff in the hotel are second to none with a special shout out to Adam on the bar. I read in other reviews that customer service was great, and it’s true.
Decor in rooms is a bit tired but everything is spotless.
Food at bar was mostly great- fantastic Aberdeen Angus Burger, delicious spicy veg soup and fresh egg mayo sandwiches (on the best gluten free bread I’ve tasted in a while).

Myself and my husband called into the hotel for a drink. When we got to the bar the gentleman behind the bar called Adam greeted us, asked how we where and what could he get us, I asked for a Bacardi and coke but he advised that we didn't serve this spirit but had Malibu instead so I chose this, he asked what measure I would like and mixer. My husband couldn't decide between the lagers so he asked Adam which would he suggest and he said the Mahou and he offered to give a small sample to try and he liked it and asked for a pint of it. Adam asked if he could get us anything else. I am giving this review as Adam was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and attentive hence why I am leaving this review.
